Cayuga County Health Department Launches
Community Health Assessment Survey
The Cayuga County Health Department is conducting a community health assessment. As part of this process, a health survey is being launched in an effort to get a picture of the health of our community from the perspective of community members and identify priorities and interventions to address health-related challenges.
We are asking Cayuga County residents ages 18 and older to take the short survey and share feedback anonymously to shape future public health initiatives and improve health outcomes and the quality of life for residents in Cayuga County. In addition to the survey being available online, Cayuga County Health Department staff will be attending community events and delivering hard copies of the surveys to businesses and organizations throughout the county.
